However, these days a secretary is no longer just assigned to do clerical works or administrative tasks assigned by their bosses. They are assigned to do much more.

Everybody should pass through training especially before they embark on a new job or if the employee decide to take on a new assignment that is different from what he or she had before. This will ensure that the new employees will be able to do their jobs well. The employers will be assured that their people will be able to do the tasks efficiently and effectively.
